We are looking for a colleague for the back office


We are JRD Energo (a member of the JRD Group) and we deal with modern energy. We always select and implement projects with sustainable development and the environment in mind. We have a portfolio of photovoltaic power plants in Hungary and the second largest wind park in the country.

We currently need back office help with administrative tasks to support the running of the whole company.

What will you be doing with us?

  • Handle emails, phone calls, register mail and other documents
  • Enter and check invoices and contracts in Realpad, Atollon
  • Manage the archive of Czech companies and Hungarian project
  • Order courier services and office supplies
  • Work with MS office (spreadsheets/Word)

What do you need to know and be able to do?

  • Not afraid of MS Office - know how to create a spreadsheet, write a document, handle Outlook
  • Communicate in English at least communicatively (write back an email, answer the phone...)
  • Knowledge of Hungarian is a great advantage but not a requirement!

  • This is not a one-off job, we would like to arrange a long-term cooperation on a full-time or part-time basis
