Selection of Suitable Location
Selection of Suitable Location Selection of a suitable location for the construction of a photovoltaic or wind power plant is a comprehensive process during which it is necessary to take into consideration a whole number of factors, including legislative and technical ones. We can find suitable lots on which power plants can be built and can assess land for current owners from the viewpoint of suitability.
Administrative Work
During the preparation of a project, it is necessary to comply with a number of administrative duties related not only to permitting proceedings, but also to the connection of a power plant to the distribution grid or obtaining a production licence. We will handle the whole administrative process necessary for the preparation of a project, in accordance with valid legislative requirements.

Thanks to our group’s strong backing and our wealth of experience, we can arrange financing for a whole project in such a manner that it is possible to make maximum use of the potential of every project for a photovoltaic or wind power plant.

Assess
We perform technical and economic analyses. We assess the quality of projects prepared in technical and legal terms. We understand the energy market and can set a project’s economics in the relevant framework.
Prepare
We handle all the requisites necessary for starting work. We often get projects at the RTB (ready to build) stage; if, however, they have shortcomings, then we deal with them. For example, we alter contracts, arrange additional permits, etc. For projects we also prepare cooperation between the individual partners involved in the projects and supervise smooth running during realisation. We put together schedules, production plans and budgets.
Build
We have a team of high-quality project managers with a wealth of experience who ensure the achievement of the guaranteed parameters in the projects together with ensuring the maximum quality of realisation. Own realisation through the contracting of EPC partners.
Finance
We can also design and arrange optimum financing methods. We work with a wide portfolio of players on the financial market, in both banking and private finance.

Each of our renewable energy projects is preceded by a detailed analysis and high-quality business plan. The projects are financed by a combination of own funds and various types of credit lines and products for achieving an optimum financing structure. The beneficiary of a loan is usually a special purpose vehicle established for this purpose that is also the owner of the production assets. The parent company or companies then has/have an interest in the SPV’s registered capital in a pre-agreed ratio to its debt.
Our projects are financially stable over the long-term and the financial flows ensure the full repayment of loans and credits. Each stage of a project, from preparation to realisation to management, makes use of an optimum mix of financing tools. Short-term loans are combined with structured finance and subsequently refinanced or restructured (M&A transactions, mergers, splits). We hedge against exchange rate risks using financial derivatives (interest-rate swaps, currency forwards). Together with accounting and tax advisors from the countries where we work, we take into consideration during financial planning valid legislation and expected legislative changes in the power industry. At the level of projects and individual companies we carefully monitor deviations from planned budgets and adjust budgets in ongoing fashion to an updated forecast. We report regularly—monthly, quarterly or annually—to financing banks and handle all corporate work at the at the companies we manage.
